DETAILS: Relationships require effort
from all parties involved. The relationships between firms and
legal departments and their service providers are no
exception. Whether it is communicating, managing expectations,
delivering results or anything in between, both sides must play an
active role in order for the relationship to be successful.
Three of your peers will share their experiences-- good, bad and
otherwise-- from the perspectives of a service provider, a law firm
and a corporate legal department. They will highlight what has
worked well and the lessons learned from relationships that ended
badly.
